Tips to help you become more at peace with yourself:

  1. Make attaining peace a deep intention
  2. Identify and align yourself with your core values
  3. Do not try to be a perfectionist, we are imperfect by nature
  4. Forgive yourself
  5. Learn to accept people the way they are
  6. Forgive others
  7. Make amends as soon as possible
  8. Learn to be patient
