"Slow Down - you're eating too fast; you've got to make the moment last!"

Apologies to Paul Simon for altering his lyrics but this was too good to pass.

One of the problems in our daily lives is that many of us rush through the day, with no time for anything especially eating.

Take a decision NOW to eat slower by being more mindful of what we are eating, with who we are eating, and where we are eating.

Research highlights many benefits of mindful eating such as:

  • Lose weight
  • Increase enjoyment
  • Improve digestion
  • Lessen stress
  • Reduce food cravings
  • Strengthen relationships
