Did you know that New Zealand is one of the countries with the greatest amount of cases of mental health related problems in the OECD?

From 2010 the cases of mental health related problems have been increasing in New Zealand.

This paper goes into detail about how many people are being affected with mental health problems as well as the social, cultural, economic and age-related factors that affect them, which shows that the most affected groups appear to be Maori and Pacific.

There are many things that have been done by the population of New Zealand, a few examples of it would be the strong community support, the diligent disposition to help from the New Zealanders along with the fact that a large people in New Zealand engage in mental and physical activity regularly.

But even though these efforts are significant, the number of mental health related problems keeps increasing.
